
Directions to Longmeadow
We are open to the public from noon to 3 p.m. every Friday and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Saturday.
No reservation is needed, but all visitors must follow our safety protocols.
From St. Louis Area:
Take Interstate 44 west to the Highway 50 exit (#247) and continue west through Union (7 miles). Continue 1.5 miles west of Union on Highway 50 to Highway UU. Turn left (south) on UU and proceed 5 miles. At the yield sign, turn right on Neier Road (paved) and continue 1.5 miles. You will come to a cemetery on your right. Continue to the end of the cemetery, nearer the church. On the left there will be a white farm house, and then Joseph’s Road (big cedar sign/green street sign). Turn left (gravel road). Stay to the left at the fork in the road. Continue down road and through our gate where you will see the Poppy’s Shelter pavilion, Learning Center barn and Gift Shop. Please sign in at the Gift Shop.
From west via Highway 50:
Take highway 50 east to Beaufort. G0 5 miles to highway EE. Turn right on highway EE and go 4 miles to Neier Road (paved). Turn left and go 1 mile to church, continue around the corner and turn right onto the gravel road past the mailboxes (Josephs Road/green street sign). Stay to the left at the fork in the road. Continue down road and through our gate where you will see the Poppy’s Shelter pavilion, Learning Center barn and Gift Shop. Please sign in at the Gift Shop.
From southwest and south-central Missouri:
Take interstate 44 east to highway 185 north (exit #225) at Sullivan. Continue north 16 miles and go across the big bridge over the Bourbeuse River. Just past the bridge turn right on Fox Creek Road. Follow to Highway EE (approximately 3 miles). There will be a stop sign (no street sign). Turn left and go 1/2 mile and turn right on Neier Road (paved). Continue east 1 mile to church, continue around corner and turn right onto the gravel road past the mailboxes (Josephs Road/green street sign). Stay to the left at the fork in the road. Continue down road and through our gate where you will see the Poppy’s Shelter pavilion, Learning Center barn and Gift Shop. Please sign in at the Gift Shop.
