Twist of Fate Painting Gallery
Twist of Fate – affectionately known as “Twister” – survived a tractor-trailer crash on Interstate 44 in 2006. Twister is one of our Barn Buddies. He also welcomes guests to the ranch and assists with training newly rescued horses.
During the winter of 2017, volunteers began using positive reinforcement training to teach Twister to hold a paint brush, and then to paint. He now paints several times a week.
Today, Twister helps other horses and farm animals get a second chance at life with his new talent. Purchase a Twister original and you will be helping abused, neglected and abandoned horses and farm animals find rescue and rehabilitation at Longmeadow.
