The health and safety of our pets, staff, volunteers, and customers always our top priority. We are thrilled to be open to the public once again, and ask that you please review our new guidelines for your visit.

Longmeadow Rescue Ranch
Longmeadow is open during its regular hours, Friday and Saturdays from 10 am to 3 pm, but you need a reservation to visit us.
Adoption Centers
Our HSMO and Best Buddy shelters are open during our normal business hours, but visitors are required to make a reservation to visit. This will help assure each visitor gets the time needed to find and spend time with their potential new furever friend, while allowing for social distancing within our facility. Masks are required within our facilities.
Animal Intake
Due to the severity of the COVID-19 pandemic, we must ensure that we are adhering to the social distancing guidelines and that we have the opportunity to know as much as possible about each animal coming to our facility while serving the people and animals in our community in this difficult time. Intake of stray and surrendered animals will take place by appointment only.

Veterinary Medical Center
Animal Medical Center of Mid-America veterinary clinic locations will continue to operate as they have throughout the pandemic to provide the highest-level medical care to pets. We are asking that only one human accompany their pet during their visit. Please go to amcma.org for additional information or call 314.951.1534 to make an appointment.
